This information is specific to each flight and time of year (summer or winter) so be sure to look at the correct flight !

1.Tandem Flight Information, Planpraz (Brevent)

Meeting points
• The meeting point is at the bottom of the mountain in front of the ticket desks, by the blue meeting point sign.
• Address: 29 rue Henriette d’Angeville, Chamonix.
• Allow ax10 mins to walk from the Tourist Office or Chamonix centre bus stop.
• If driving, there is a car park above the Brevent ticket desks.

• Please be there five minutes earlier than the meeting time & purchase your one way (13.50€) lift ticket to Planpraz. To avoid any confusion please do not take any lift before meeting your pilot.

• Weather conditions may delay earlier flights so we may be late. Please do not contact us if we are less than 15 mins late as we will probably be airborne and unable to reply.
• We will contact you by text message if it is impossible to fly because of bad weather or if we are going to be very delayed.
• If you do not receive any text message please go to the prearranged meeting point at the planned time – we will be there waiting for you. Sometimes the weather can change quickly for the better so do remain optimistic even if it looks poor !
• In the event of adverse weather the flight will be postponed or cancelled. If you are unable to postpone, any deposits or pre payment will be refunded.
• We regret that we cannot refund any lift tickets that may have been used.

Clothing
• Windproof top, long trousers, sunglasses- yes they will stay on your head!, compact camera – preferably with a leash, walking boots or grippy trainers. We can lend suitable footwear if forewarned the day before.
• If possible, please do not bring a rucksack or big bottles of water etc. Very small bags or handbags are acceptable.

Videos / Photos
• We offer in flight videos / photos using HD cameras on telescopic / handheld supports allowing a great souvenir of your flight showing both scenery and our passengers. The unedited footage is stored on a 8GB SD memory card that you receive directly after the flight. Cost: 30 Euros. Please advise us in advance.

Payment
• Please bring with you the appropriate amount for your flight in Euros, Travellers cheques or French cheques. Sorry, no other payment is accepted & we will not be able to accompany you to an ATM after the flight as we may have other flights after yours.
• You are welcome to use a credit card / Paypal account but this must be made at least 24 hours before the flight via the “add to cart” button here: “Online availability & Reservations“.
• Lift tickets are purchased directly from the lift company & may be paid for by credit card.
• Cancellation within 48 hours of the flight, without a medical certificate etc. is charged at 70 % of the full rate due.

2.Tandem Flight Information, Plan de l’Aiguille

Meeting points
• The meeting point is in front of the Aiguille du Midi sign by the ticket desks, at the bottom of the Chamonix-Aiguille du Midi cable car.

• Please be there ten minutes earlier than the meeting time & purchase your one way lift ticket to Plan de l’Aiguille so that we may take the cable car that departs on the hour or half past the hour.
• To avoid confusion, do not take any cablecar prior to meeting your pilot.
• Conditions at take off may delay earlier flights and we may be a little late.
• If you will be late, please contact us by telephone or text: 06 10 28 20 77
• Only if you have pre- arranged to meet at the Plan de l’Aiguille 2300m: please wait at the Cafe / buvette Plan de l’Aiguille, ax 25 metres from the middle stage of the cablecar.

• We will contact you by text message if it is impossible to fly because of bad weather. Please be sure to have your telephone switched on prior to your flight time.
• You may contact us on 06 10 28 20 77 if you are concerned about the weather conditions.
• In this event the flight will be postponed or cancelled, without any charge.
• If you do not receive any text message please go to the prearranged meeting point at the planned time – we will be there waiting for you. Sometimes the weather can change quickly for the better so do remain optimistic even if it looks poor!

Clothing
• Warm clothing, light gloves, sunglasses, camera, walking boots. If possible, please do not bring a rucksack – if you need a bag, a simple plastic shopping bag will be perfect as we can easily store it in the harness for the flight. Very small rucksacks or handbags are acceptable. We can usually arrange to leave bags at the bottom of the lift if necessary.

3.Tandem Flight Information, Grands Montets

Meeting points
• The meeting point is at the Bois du Bouchet paraglider landing field, off Chemin des Gourgnes. Behind the Chamonix Sports centre and the lake.

• Meeting time: 13h . Please be there at least 15 mins in advance so that we may check your clothing & equipment.
• Occasionally we advance the meeting time slightly so as to avoid adverse weather. We will contact you by text message if this is necessary. In the absence of any contact from us please go to the arranged meeting point as planned.
• Sometimes, weather conditions may delay our earlier flights so we may be delayed. We will endeavor to contact you if the delay is more than 20 mins.
• Only if you have pre- arranged, we may meet at the bottom of the Grands Montets lift, please do not worry if we are delayed.

If the weather is adverse
• We will contact you by text message if it is impossible to fly because of bad weather. Please be sure to have your telephone switched on prior to your flight time.

• Warm clothing, long trousers, windproof jacket, gloves – its better to have too much rather than too little clothing but please do not bring backpacks etc as in flight storage space is limited. Sunglasses, camera – preferably with a leash, sturdy walking boots suitable for use in snow. With advance notice we may be able to help arrange some clothing & footwear.

4. Tandem Flight Information, l’Aiguille du Midi

Meeting points
• The meeting point is at the bottom of the Aiguille du Midi lift by the big Aiguille du Midi sign to the left of the ticket desks. Please be there five minutes earlier than the meeting time & purchase your one way lift ticket to l’Aiguille du Midi.

If the weather is adverse
• If possible please contact us ax 18h – 19h the night before the Aiguille du Midi flight so that we can make a decision based on the 17h30 weather forecast.
• We will contact you by text message if it is impossible to fly because of bad weather. Please be sure to have your telephone switched on prior to your flight time.
• You may contact us on 06 10 28 20 77 if you are concerned about the weather conditions.
• In this event the flight will be postponed or cancelled, without any charge except for any mountain guide charges if we descend & re-ascend the Aiguille du Midi ridge.
• If you do not receive any text message please go to the prearranged meeting point at the planned time – we will be there waiting for you. Sometimes the weather can change quickly for the better so do remain optimistic even if it looks poor!
• We regret that we cannot refund any lift tickets that may have been used.

Clothing
• Warm clothing: windproof jacket, fleece / pullover, gloves, sunglasses, camera, stiff mountaineering boots (obligatory). It is better to be too warm rather than too cold ! Let us know if you would like to borrow any extra clothing. Please do not bring a rucksack – if you need a bag, a simple plastic shopping bag will be perfect as we can easily store it in the harness for the flight. It is possible to rent mountaineering boots at numerous sports shops in town – do this the day before as the shops only open at 9h in the morning. We will supply you with a harness & helmet.

Meeting points
• The meeting point is at the foot of the Brevent mountain in front of the Chamonix-Planpraz lift ticket desks, by the “meeting point” sign.

• Please be there five minutes earlier than the meeting time & purchase your one way lift ticket to Planpraz unless you already have a skipass.
• To avoid confusion, do not take any ski lift prior to meeting your pilot.
• Weather conditions at take off may delay earlier flights, we may be a little late. Unless you are flying at 9h we will probably be flying before your flight and may not be able to reply so please do not call us unless it is essential.
• If you will be late, please forewarn Sean by telephone or text: 06 10 28 20 77.
• Only if you have pre- arranged to meet at the top of the Chamonix – Planpraz gondola: please wait at the exit of the Planpraz gondola building.

Clothing
• We usually launch on foot. If you have skis or snowboard we can leave these at the lift station. Ski boots are not ideal for running at take off or landing. With prior notice we can lend you walking boots.
• Warm clothing, gloves, sunglasses, camera, walking boots or snowboard boots.
• If possible, please do not bring a rucksack – if you need a bag, a simple plastic shopping bag will be perfect as we can easily store it in the harness for the flight. Very small rucksacks or handbags are acceptable. We can usually arrange to leave bags at the bottom of the lift if necessary.
• With prior notice we can provide non skiers with suitable clothing if necessary.

Landing field.
• The pilot will advise which landing area will be used. We usually land in the valley, close to the meeting point.

Payment
• Cancellation within 48 hours of the flight, without a medical certificate etc is charged at 70 % of the full rate due.
• Please bring with you the appropriate amount for your flight in Euros, Travellers cheques or French cheques. Sorry, no other payment is accepted & we will not be able to accompany you to an ATM after the flight as we may have other flights after yours. The closest ATM is opposite the tourist office, ax 10 mins walk from the meeting point.
• Payment is due directly after flight
• Your one way lift ticket, if you do not have a ski pass, may be paid for by credit card.
